How It Actually Works
Ask First, Then We Schedule.
Our Geeks are on the bench in New Braunfels and San Marcos most of the time, and that is where the parts and the equipment are. Sending one out means taking them off the counter for half a day, so we only commit to it when we have the staffing to cover both.
Tell us what you need and where you are. We will give you a straight answer on whether we can do it, when, and what it costs. If we can't, we will say so rather than book you and then cancel.
Our on-site rate is higher than walking into the shop, which it has to be, but we price it against what the work is worth rather than what a callout can get away with. Compare it to anyone else who will come to you.
Before You Ask
- Book it ahead. We can't do on-site same day or on the fly
- It costs more than shop rates, because it is a Geek plus travel. Still cheaper than most on-site services around here
- Availability depends on cover at the shops that day
- Some repairs need bench equipment and have to come back with us
Best Candidates
Worth Asking About.
- Several devices at one address, so one trip covers them all
- Businesses that already have an account with us
- Crews who genuinely cannot release a phone during the day
A single cracked screen is almost always faster and cheaper to walk into the shop with.
Running A Fleet?
Business Accounts Come First.
Account holders get priority for on-site scheduling, because we already know your hardware and the billing is set up. If you run devices across a team, start there rather than booking visits one at a time.
Tell Us What You Need.
Send the address, the devices and your timing, and we will tell you honestly whether we can get a Geek out to you.
