We find the actual fault and quote you a price. Nothing gets opened up until you approve it, and if you say no you owe nothing.
3. Pick It Up
Many repairs are done the same day. If a part has to be ordered, you will know the day and the price up front.
If It Isn't Worth Fixing
We'll Buy It Instead.
Sometimes the repair costs more than the phone is worth, and the honest answer is not to do it. In that case we will purchase your old handset and put that toward your next one.
